4. Voice & Call Data
Linea uses AI voice technology to conduct real-time phone conversations on behalf of your business. Here is how we handle call data:
- Real-time processing: Voice data is processed in real-time to generate responses during the call. We do not retain raw audio recordings of calls after processing.
- Call summaries: After each call, an AI-generated text summary is created and delivered to your business. These summaries contain caller details, the nature of the inquiry, and any actions taken (e.g., appointments booked).
- No long-term audio storage: We do not store voice recordings of calls handled by Linea. Only the text-based call summaries are retained.
- Live demo calls: Calls made through the "Try Live Agent" feature on our website are for demonstration purposes only and are not stored or recorded.
5. Third-Party Integrations
To provide our Service, Linea may share caller and appointment data with the following types of third-party tools at your direction:
- Practice management systems: JaneApp, CounselEar, PracticePerfect, Juvonno, Clio, and similar platforms.
