Hafiz is a seasoned Go-to-Market and Business Development leader with a deep specialization in artificial intelligence and data automation. Prior to founding Linea AI, he served as the VP of Data & AI at enterprise leaders including Nasdaq and DealMaker, where he led strategies for complex, large-scale data solutions.

Despite his enterprise background, the inspiration for Linea came from the local community. As an active member of the Richmond Hill Board of Trade, Hafiz saw firsthand the everyday operational challenges that small and mid-sized service businesses face. He recognized that missed calls and the inability to provide 24/7 customer service were directly resulting in lost revenue and growth bottlenecks. Driven by this clear market need, Hafiz decided to leverage his enterprise AI expertise to solve this crucial problem, creating an accessible, cutting-edge AI receptionist tailored specifically for service industries.
