Linea handles common hearing aid support questions including battery replacement, cleaning, and Bluetooth troubleshooting. If an in-office visit is needed, it books that appointment into CounselEar and notes the specific issue for your team.

Do you integrate with other audiology PMS platforms?

Yes — Linea also integrates with Sycle and Blueprint OMS. CounselEar is our deepest audiology-specific integration.

How long does setup take?

Most clinics are live within 24 hours of completing onboarding.

What if we have multiple locations?

Multi-location setups are fully supported. Each location gets its own agent configuration, and discounts apply automatically at 2+ locations.

Is there a contract?

A 1-year term is required to waive the setup fee. Month-to-month is available at $600/location plus the $1,500/location setup fee.
